plant before we get started hit the
subscribe button because I will be
uploading a lot of Aloha related videos
very soon before we cut a leaf make sure
o wash it and let it rest for about
half an hour upside down and you will
see a yellow liquid coming out as soon
as this process is finished off this
yellow liquid coming out we can get
started first we'll remove the uncut and
bit of the leaf and then we will cut as
little as possible from the sides
and here we can already see the precious
lol this is the stuff we are gonna try
and get out
now we will very carefully separate the
the top part of the leaf from the cello
be careful and take your time with this
this is how the top part of the leaf
will look like don't throw this away
because I have a tip for you what you
can do with it please leave in a
container and use a butter knife or a
spoon or fork to scrape off the gel it
comes off pretty easily the only problem
is that the whole thing is quite
slippery
as you can see you can just scrape it
off
now we'll quickly show you again how it
is done in fast-forward cut off the end
bits
remove the sides of the leaf
try to cut away as little as possible
and separate the green part of the leaf
from the jel
you
now just creep off your gel and make
sure there is nothing of the green leaf
coming into your gel
and this is how your away were a child
will look like now you can either do
this in a food processor or a mixer
or you can use a fork as I did and you
just whisk it up
I will add a couple of drops of tea tree
oil and two capsules of vitamin E oil
this will take care of keeping our aloha
vera gel fresh for a longer time it's kind
of like a preservative
mix it up again and fill it into a
the container I use a tube because I find it
more hygienic and you don't need to keep
touching the gel that's it it's ready to
use and you can enjoy your homemade aloe
vera gel
now let's get to the leftover leafy bits
cut them up throw them in a container
and keep them in the fridge
I would store them up to two days in the
fridge in the container as soon as
you're ready to use them you just drop
the leaf on your skin you can heal
sunburns small cuts acne scars or
you can just give your skin a boost of
hydration another way how to use it very
effectively is to put it under swooned
of puffy eyes in the morning it really
calms down the puffiness and gets rid of
the swelling you have your aloha gel and
the leafy things you can use for your
skin now aloe vera is amazing for
healing sunburns it heals small cuts
acne and acne scars and it's the booster
for dehydrated skin, I hope you enjoyed
